Earn 3 points per $1 spent on eligible full price merchandise after payment, rounded down to whole points. Taxes, shipping, gift card purchases, clearance, promotional suit packages, and discounted orders do not earn points. Your first qualifying purchase earns a bonus of 100 points, available once per customer.

"},{"title":"How do I use my points?","content":"

Redeem online: choose $5 off $75 or more of eligible merchandise for 500 points, or $10 off $125 or more for 1,000 points. Only eligible merchandise counts toward the minimum. Each reward is single use, one reward per order, and cannot be combined with other offers. Unused points stay in your balance.

"},{"title":"Do my points or rewards expire?","content":"

Points and unused rewards do not expire during our introductory 90 day pilot. We will communicate any future changes before they take effect. Rewards have no cash value.

"},{"title":"What happens if I return an item?","content":"

Points earned on returned items are removed. Points used toward refunded items are restored in proportion to the refund. For returns in store and partial refunds, our team adjusts the points manually. Returns follow our existing store return policy; rewards are not refunded as cash.
